I'm tryin to polish my mickey thompson classic II wheels with mothers aluminum polish and i've tried it by hand and now with a porter buffer but haven't got a real good shine yet. does anyone else know any tricks?

The more you rub the better it gets :imo

Its alot easier to keep them nice than it is to try to clean them after they have been a long time from getting a good polishing.

But just keep it up. They should keep getting better the more you do it

went and got a terry cloth cover for the buffer and they shined up pretty good. i think i'm gonna have to go with chrome wheels from now on. thanks for the help guys

i wish i could offer advice on polishing, but i never could get my classic IIs clean so i sold them. if you ever do get them polished, don't forget to put a good coat of wax on them.

glad I saw this I have been thinking of buys some for my truck.not so sure now though.might just have to go with something chrome
