Potential Horsepower Gain of Long Tubes with Factory Cats?

I have read about the considerable power gains from long tube headers on these trucks. However, I am curious as to how much of those gains may be attributed to the additional exhaust flow of an off road y-pipe or high flow cats? I have been considering installing LTs, but I would be reusing my stock converters, whether in a shortened factory Y or welded into an O/R Y. How much power do you guys think could be gained from LTs while retaining factory converters?

The cats on our trucks flow good enough that I doubt it'd be more than 1 or 2 hp tbh. The only reason to remove them is for long tubes. That being said, why not get LTs w/ catted ORY (OBX, Kooks)? Unless you're doing the work yourself, shop labor on welding in your stock cats will probably be the same if not more expensive in the end.
