ok, so i cant find the threads i remember reading about this swap, i picked up a cab with everything intact and i would like to go about the swap from manual mirrors/windows/door locks to power everything. anything i should know about before swapping out the wiring harnesses and bcm to complete the swap? donor truck also has cruse/digital a/c controls, and cruise/steering wheel controls. thinking just swap the column for the stuff attached to that, but what about the digital a/c controls?

digital ac controls - you will need to swap out the whole heater plenum box, since it has a few sensors in the ducts. I'd assume it will all be straight forward since you have the donor truck. The BCM from the other truck may have to be vined to yours, unless if you swap everything over; including the stock radio if you still have it or else it will read "locked" thinking it is in another truck.
