Most likely will be trimming a bit off of the front bumpers and well.....shit - do I need an excuse to buy a new tool?:crazy:

Simple, effective, and under $100?

sawzall works best, done it several times
Yeah? I didnt think it would be precise enough....I thought a smaller cutting wheel, dire grinder, whatever would be best...I have a sawzall though - maybe I'll try it..

metal shears work very well.

i used sawzall, BFH, tin snips and tires to aid in the trimming of my s10

I used a Dremel with a fiberglass wheel for my bumper plastics. As Matt said I as well, I used alot of blue painters tape to help keep from chipping.
