The quadrasteer trucks would need all the steering parts that the front wears out quick with a lift. So you'd be looking at even more maitnence on a lifted truck than just the front steering components. It gives you two more tie-rods to bend, two more endjoints to go out, and all that computerized shit tucked up there can be damaged.
So, I personally wouldn't lift a quadrasteer truck, I'd just put a regular kingpin 60 in with seriously beefed up components and use hydralic rear steer, and might as well put one in the front while you're at it.
If you were asking about the quadrasteer kit, it's for quadrasteer trucks and it most likely won't fit any other stock chevy/gmc because of the entire different rear axle in those trucks. (I belive it is a bj d60, but I'm not sure).
