First off let me say, my dad bought a sierra back in 2000 and has been extremely happy with it. Drives great and has an excellent powertrain. However, I rarely get to ride in his truck. But a few days ago I did and I was just taken aback at the shitty quality of the interior. His car has about 75k on it and it is heavily used every day, and the interior is just falling apart! The worst thing is the locks on the doors are loose in the door panel? wtf kind of quality is that? I then get in my moms toyota minivan, which granted only has 55k on it, but the interior is SOLID AS A ROCK, perfect, just like day one. Why is it that's gm's interior build is so shitty? Kinda of sucks that my new truck is going to be in that same condition down the road
