i got a set of gmc chrome side moldings...what should i use to put them on my truck that wont make them stick out too much and will make them stay on the truck? thanks

wheres best place to get this stuff at, like an autozone? and where can i get that glue shit remover wheel?

GM stealerships have it. Walmart, O'Reilly's, Autozone, etc should also. Napa has the eraser wheel for $30, and you can also get one at any auto body supply shop.

thanks matt, i would have gotten the white 3m tape.....and snap i have a roll of that red stuff! i forgot all about it until i saw the pic

i'm gonna bump this. parking at the train station time again. so this needs to go on asap. although the molding has all the stock putty/foam tape crap on it. what should i use to take it off without hurting the trim. its really stuck on there. would the 3m strip off wheel work or would that burn the plastic?

fishing line or pull on hot day

the remove all the left residue with will or goo be gone etc..

no. not taking the trim off the truck. taking the glue/foam crap off the trim.
