NO not all 2500s are HDs, 2500HD came out in 01. THey still make a 2500 light duty, same as the 1500HD, they have a GVW of like 8200 i think, and the 2500HDs are 9200.

1500,1500HD & 2500 are all the same height(4x4s ofcourse) & 2500HDs are ~1.75" taller.
