I've always wondered this too. I was able to buy the lift spacers from the RCX 5in. lift kit separate.

No they won't sell them separate neither will any authorized dealer supposedly they are saying they won't work with any other suspension except the ones its sold with (at least from a legal liability standpoint)

I used'em on my '08, they are good, so is the 3 inch RCX kit.
