Low beam, high beam and fog to fit 2012 Silverado. Diamond white color. H16 bulbs are unopened. H11 and 9005 bulbs have had one each installed. They are fine, nothing wrong, just didn't like them after got highs/lows installed. Didn't get to fogs. Hundred bucks shipped.

Pinhead size spot on one lowbeam. Hard to see in pics, but that's why box says scratched.
