Howdy folks!
I smacked a rogue deer over the past weekend and, much to my happiness, the only apparent damage is to my radiator grill. So now I am looking into replacing the grill and would like to know if anyone has a decent write-up on the job? It seems like all that one would have to remove is the two retainer clips on the side of the grill and a few bolts here and there (I referenced this diagram: http://www.gmpartseast.com/Page_Product/PartList.aspx?MakeUrl=chevy&CatalogUrl=1999-silverado-1500-2wd-new-style&ComponentCode=TC0160301&SectionCode=01&EngineCode=&TransmissionCode=MT1&ModelCode=C15753&Vin=&ProductionDate=&VehicleInfo=&CatalogCode=56C&Year=)
Is the job really that simple? Does anything else have to be replaced besides the grill, retainer clips and the bolts? Thanks in advance y'all! :ninja:
