have a wrecked 2012 cts-v at my dad work and the headlights are good wondering if i can break those headlights apart and use those projectors on my sierra and/or if it would if be worth my time, i love the look of a lot of the custom retrofits i see online, but just dont wanna spend the money nor do i know how to do it? what is the qaulity of a factory hid gm projector vs aftermarket mormito or whatever

I would Pass. The projectors in that generation CTS are Valeo which (although some are Bi-xenon) are towards the bottom end on quality of OEM projectors. You are better off getting something like a Morimoto Bi-xenon projector.

Honestly you would be better off selling those headlights on eBay and using that money to buy some projectors from morimoto like was suggested.

If you don't want to bother you can also contact Phil @ Fastws6ta and have him do a set up for you.
