I lost high beams last fall when I put new headlight housings. after the winter I lost all headlight function I checked and all the 10amp fuses were burnout change them and got low beams back and left high beam but Left side popped fuse right away but wire was really hot what can be wrong do I have to replace the harness or what

Make sure you didn't get a wire pinched when installing those new housings. Also check over all your ground connections.

I will double check that I can't believe how small of a wire that they run to the right side light looks like 18 gauge really to small I think anyway
