Ok boys and gals... Ive been wanting to upgrade my rims and tires on my 85 GMC... Ive got 38's on it now with 15.5 rims that look like shit on it... Well the rims anyway... Id like to go black on black but im not sure if that would look to good.. Im just kinda looking for ideas... The tires i want to get 35's SuperSwampers but not looking for the rims to big... If anyone has a Pickup in that age area with decent rims id like to see them...
I would stay with 15s or 16's on an older truck like yours, looks more fitting. I like black on black, but I think the classic look would be better in your case. It will offset the chrome you have now nicely.
Oh and if you have 38s don't go down to 35. I think it looks good bigger.
id go with some black 16x10 soft 8 rockcrawler wheels with chrome lugs and centercap and some 37s. think it would go well on your rig. i think a 17" or larger alum wheel would look out of a place
