If you can get a Porter Cable or some other polisher/orbital doohikie, I'd suggest something like this: http://www.autogeek.net/glass-repair-kit.html

If you've only got your own two hands, try this: http://www.autogeek.net/diamondite-glasswork-kit.html

From what I've heard, Diamondite is good stuff for glass and plastics.

See what other people think, might help, might not. If they're as minuscule as you describe, either of those kits should do you well.

i had scratched windows on my audi... the windows themselves were 35 bucks a window to replace, but they wanted 450 for install. So i just tinted over them, you can't see the scratches anymore

sorry to hijack but..wondering if the same things would fix my problem too.
i bought my truck with a cap on it and i guess from the rain not drying in between the rear window and cap, i now have small water marks all over the window that won't come off. any ideas?
