seal or vented speakers???

Which ones are best?? What are the pros and cons of each?

if done right, vented is louder, and is best for spl. Sealed takes up less space and is more punchy. but for vented boxes you can't just go out and buy a box. It will sound best building the right sized box for whatever specific speaker you are using

well you can "just buy a ported box" but you will have to do some research on the sub and figure out how much to trim or lengthen the port. You probably wont be 100% right but it will work

sealed boxes are also more accurate in sound reproduction, but once again.. as stated above, they are less efficient. The ported boxes or mostly tuned for specific frequencies for higher spl. If you want it louder and "boomier", go with ported.
