Alright, well since I've had my new engine in...it's had a few bugs, which I fixed...sparkplug wasn't connected b/c a heatshield was pushing on it...TPS sensor was bad...fixed all that. So I go to autozone to use an OBD-II to clear the SES light....cleared it...and it came back! Doesn't make sense...since I fixed everything and the truck is running great. The code description P1345 is:
"Manufacturer controlled ignition system or misfire"

I know it's not a misfire...I checked all the plugs/wires/connections etc....and besides that it runs great...smooth, no probs. Guys at autozone said it could be just a computer glitch but the new engine was supposed to work fine with the tune already in my truck from the old 350...It was a direct swap. Soo...any ideas?
