My 07' does this too, but I think for different reasons

How many miles on that 2002? My 03 needed a fuel filter and a few other general maintenance things around 80-100k miles.

Fuel, Air, Spark.....See if you can narrow it down to one of those and go from there.

Almost 240,000. The fuel filter was replaced about 6,000 miles ago. I'm almost 100% sure it has something to do with the spark plugs or coil packs. I replaced the wires and plugs not too long ago.. Next thing I'm gonna do is the coil packs and pray it fixes it.

I would try taking off your air intake and clean out the throttle body , if there's carbon build up right there (black sut) then not enough air gets through that flapper at idle and there's a sensor right there and it feels "shaky" when you stop ,

Just had this issue with my truck but I baby my truck could be any of the other regular things

That too lol , hold the brake all the way and press the gas and have someone watch if your motor pops

Good call, I would test them first, replacing them all can get expensive, but if the funds allow it it might not be a bad idea with that kind of mileage on the clock. Out of curiosity, when was the last time you did the knock sensors?

motor mounts?
DEF a possibility too. Good call

This is a solid suggestion. Had the same issues around 170k on my 2003 Z71.

Took everything apart, cleaned it, and it was good as new.

Also, a loose intake can cause this as well. Letting in more air than detected by the MAF sensor can cause a shaky idle as well.

it would be nice if you can find someone close to you to check for individual cylinder misfires, if you have one just try swapping a coil to another cylinder and see if it follows, you can do the same with plugs, wires and injectors.
this is why I love having my own tuning software, really helps to narrow things doing and diagnose problems.
you can keep tossing money at it and hoping its the problem
