shocks on a 2/4?

is this really necessary? what kind of improvement will I see if I do shocks with this mild of a drop? toxic shocks any good?

You probably need them in the rear more than in the front. They give you much more travel, especially when you hit pot holes and bumps.
I've never tried Toxic shocks, but I've heard bad things about them. I'd go with some Doestch Techs. You can get them at summitracing.com
