A good friend of mine just took his factory tinted sliding rear window out of his 1997 C2500 and replaced it with a one-piece unit. He said he would give me the window if I could find out how to replace the seal on the window. The window leaks a little when it rains. I am really interested b/c I have always thought sliding rear windows are cool. Has anyone replaced the seal on one of these windows? Or know anything about them?
Thanks.

you can get the seals from jc whitney i cant see it being that hard put em on with some of the black sealant for windows is the only thing i think is needed.......personally i would keep my solid one the sliders seals break down and they dont stay insulated as good .......and make a thiefs job even easier
