Yes San Luis is So Cal...upper So Cal, then comes Middle Cal and Nor Cal...

The truck is not a Duramax...he took off all his badges but I know its not because I heard it when it pulled up (Give me a break, I was eating Subway for dinner in the parking lot!)

It had this cool feature I really liked tho...he pulls up with his fronts down but then after he got out and helped his GF get out of the front seat he pressed lock as he was walking away and the fronts rolled up all on their own!

Oh yeah and the pipe is big becuase its totally custom, and so that (in this case) has nothing to do with it being a Duramax.

But man the kid was like 17 years old and he's got this big ass truck...lucky guy

remote windows... its like a 50 dollar option on a clifford alarm. i have it too. With the doors locked, it cracks the windows like 1 inch, then 2.

but if trucks like that up there like everywhere... i might not even miss my truck... oh holy hell, i;'m gonna miss the shit out of it.

i'm liking it except for the quad shocks in the rear. i think 6 shocks on a truck is the max you should have (4 total front, 2 total back). :imo

the tires appear to be nitto mud grapplers (correct me if i'm wrong) so the wheel/tire combo could be 38's on 20's or 40's on 22's. i'm thinkin its the 38's on 20's.

Nice truck IMO... I like the big rims with the 38+ tires, looks like a mall crawler :rocking: ... To drive to work and drive just cruise around the town that truck is nice. But no, its not hardcore but it does what it was built to do :imo

My Viper alarm also does that. Rolls the windows up when I arm it. And I can roll them down also with the remote. Or just crack them, pretty sweet IMO... And its more like 100 for the part and another 100 for install. That is regular price around here, but who the hell pays full price??

Jorge-

good point...I was there and took the pics, you fellas were not...for the love of Christ it is not sitting Texas style!
The parking lot has a slope to it - you can tell in the picture too if you have eyes in your head.

In So Cal we don't drive around our nice lifted trucks with our asses in the air like its the 1980's. Get wit the times Texens, the mean prerunner look is here to stay for a few...

oh yeah, Code3 you are right about location...I went to Montana de Oro to cool off and stopped by Subway on the way back home - thats why I had the digital wit me.
