Hey all, long time reader first (or second) time poster. I have an 02 silverado ext. cab (blue), and it's finally in the shop. I WANT SOME OPINIONS on what else you think I may like to personalize my truck to my taste.

So far I have exhaust, a system, and clear corners.

Mods in progress:
-all new paint (same color) thanks to assholes who key cars :guns:
-a (shaved) roll pan
-flip up liscense plate thingy
-shaved tailgate + holes
-tonneau cover
-escalade handles
-paint-matched around the chrome stock mirrors
-paint-matched grille shell with chrome bowtie and speed grille inserts
-22" Bazo B24 rims in 305/40's
-lowering back 2"
-all new shocks
-window tint

I want a nice daily driver, main thing having my wheels fit SNUG in the wells. while also being able to turn all the way and still have a nice ride. Just something clean, but not too extreme. So what else do you think I should do without going overboard (bagging/raising=no no)

Thanks

Justin

lol thanks for your replies.. yea I might go ahead with a 2/4 but I dont wanna be rubbing up front.. so we'll see, even though my girlfriend demands "fashion over comfort!"

I'd shave my handles and all that only if I were to bag my car, and enter it in shows.. as far as that stupid antenna goes I should just shave it off, I never listen to the radio.

oh and I love the cheap/nice mods, I'd like to get some LEDs behind all the guages/dials.

Btw, I went to get a rental car (since I'm going through insurance) and they gave me a 2004 silverado extended cab 4x4 for only $37 a day! (Not to mention when I got in it there were only 39 miles on it :naughty: ) I almost shit when he told me the price.. it's because Enterprise has special rates with Allstate insurance.

Anyways, thanks again for your replies and keep your eyes peeled in the photo sections for some upcoming pictures!

Won't he rub with the drop because of the 22's with the big tires? You could also buy a smooth wiper cowl from Street Scene or paint the stock one like me.
Wow I never thought about the wiper cowel, wasn't it hard to sand down?

BTW I really like your truck, especially the subs! :worship:
Do you have a 2/4 with the 35's?

Thanks for the compliments. I don't know how hard it was to sand down but it looks like it would be a bish. It got done at a shop. I don't have a 2/4, I just have shackles right now and I'm gettin bagged SOON.
Nice.. yea I saw your truck photochoped, it's gonna look nice.

00Silverado, I'm around the L.A./Ventura area

Turns out we go to the same school, haha.
I know thats pretty funny huh? I bet there are some others who go to our school on this forum.. I think I've seen your truck.. well the decal atleast, I'll keep my eyes open.

Oh and Sierraon22s, I called a local muffler shop and he told me they wont do it (electric exhaust cutouts) because if I'm caught, it's a $1,500 fine to them, and a $2,500 fine to me! :badidea: I might still have someone else do it.. but that made me think twice.

It's a small world. When I was in Mexico I met someone that lives less than a half a mile from my house here.
Thats crazy! Yea I've even met a bunch of people online who are now my friends.. even my girlfriend for over 4 years now (jesus christ..) I met online! Well more like meeting a friend of a friends friend.. yeah. It definately IS a small world.
