I've had my SSL F2.800 amp for a really long time now and I love it. That being said, I'm really hoping if anybody has run any of SSL's speakers more specifically the F365 and F369? My Kicker DS series speakers are on their way out and I'm looking for some decent replacements maybe even better than what I have now. I'm hoping SSL speakers are decent or better. I've read a few reviews but I'd like to know what anybody else thinks.

When you can get a pair of them for $25, I wouldn't get your hopes up. The Kicker's are going to be a much better build quality, so if those are "going out" I wouldn't expect any of the Sound Storm's to last.

I figured as much because of being cheaply priced...I might have to go with either Polks or another set of Kicker speakers. The ones in the truck now are around 4 years old.

Age doesn't mean worn out or no good. If they still sound fine and you're happy with how they sound, no need to replace them.

I know that. My LF speaker has been working off and on for a while, probably a wire is open but I haven't taken the time to take apart the door yet. My RF speaker has lost some of it's sound quality and my LR speaker distorts at high volume where as the RR speaker is just fine. Rough roads will shake shit apart so I figured some of the speaker stuff has come apart.

Trust me buy them and you'll be unhappy. Cheap speakers suck. I put a set of quantum speakers in a Nissan one time coming off the stock head unit and 2 were dead in a week

Not so sure you want to run those either. Come on man stop being so stingy!!! Get some decent speakers. Those base model pioneer speakers are horrible. Get some more kickers or some alpine type s's.

I have always used Pioneer speakers. Not the cheapest ones, but the high end ones. I have paid on average about 150-175 a pair for them. They are the best bang for you buck :imo. The ones in my Suburban right now are about 9 years old and this is the 2nd vehicle they have been installed in.I have had them in my truck for about 4 years now. The only speakers I have heard that sound better cost twice as much.
I have to agree though, the cheaper pioneer speakers are pure garbage. No better than SSL or Jensen or Phase Linear or even Pyramid.
