well, i went to the insurance adjustor today and he told me my hood was shot to hell, it would be cheaper to get a new one. so i'm going to try and go to one guy with all 4 of our cars and see if he will cut me a deal on the cowl if i bring all my business to him. in other words if i can get out of having to pay anything at all. ive been looking at cowls.....any opinions on where to get a good cowl for a decent price or what type to get? and the big question, stainess steel or fiberglass. the only difference i have seen is price, and i figure stainless would hold up better. thanks again in advance.

It wouldnt be stainless steel :crazy: , just a steel cowl hood .. and that's what I would go with, fiberglass is a pain and will end up cracking over time. Some of the ones people go with are Reflexxion and Goodmark, about $399 at http://www.stylinconcepts.com

ok, last question, what is the difference in APC and Reflexxion. the only difference i saw was price, and that the Reflexxion came with a primer on it........once again thanks
