For a daily driver I'd stick with a static suspension, but that is just me. Less expensive, no preventive maintenance (on bags, lines, motors/electrical), less moving parts, no searching for leaks, have to ensure you find a really good shop to do the install, and all the other additional cost that you might not anticipate.
Now if you are willing to put in the extra work on preventive maintenance and you have the disposable income then go for bags.
