Shouldn't be too hard... Need a good set of snap-ring pliers big enough to pull the snap-rings off. Then you will need a new input seal, might as well replace the output seals as well. Then just split the case, swap the inputs, put case halves back together and seal with RTV and your done.
Also, I want the 32 spline input if your looking to sell it after you swap it. I'm making my own 3 speed t-case from scratch for the buggy and need a female 32 spline input for it...
