t-case / front D shaft question

How does the fron drive shaft yoke come out of the t-case.... how do you remove it to change that dang boot?

One of the cases I have, out of a 2002 HD with an allison, it has the slip yoke style front shaft... But it had no boot. It had a seal that was pressed into the front of the t-case housing that you just pry out and press a new one in but thats it.
