It looks like its a yoke type (what ever is the right word) that just slides into the t-case and then the front d-shaft/u-joint bolts onto it.
Here is my issue. The boot keeps popping off on the t-case side. The other end of the boot is clamped in place in a recessed/groved section near the u-joint.
If I take it apart I can see whats going on better I think.
Would the yoke pull out of the t-case AT ALL from the lift? If it does then I think that is what is causing it.
