It has about 2 1/2 hours into sanding each handle. Started with 100 grit to remove the texture. Then 600 grit dry followed by 600 wet. 3 cotes of filler primer. Wet sanded with 1500 grit between each cote. 5 cotes of blue. Wet sanded with 2000 grit between each cote. Then ended with 3 cotes of clear. I couldn't get the finish I wanted with the spray gun, so I used an air brush. From start to finish. It took 6 days.
Looks awesome...I'm glad you decided to sand them before you painted them. I see stockers just painted over all the time on the street here. Looks tons better IMO :bowtie:
