If you want an honest opinion/constructive critisism, I dont think it looks all that great. Reason being, it is very obvious that you painted them, where as the more stealth the paint job is/the more factory it looks, the better the end result will be.
I know all too well how difficult it is to get clean lines between two colors. I had to paint my dash bezel when I fab'd in an LCD, and trying to keep the line between the black and the tan straight and factory looking was nearly impossible. Im no pro, but I would reccomend getting some really good pin striping tape or a very thin flexible tape if you cant find the actual pin striping style. Paint away from the tape, so when you spray the black make sure your shooting away from the grey at an angle so that the paint isnt spraying directly under your tape lines.
