First things first, I got it home and pressure washed it to get all the mold from sitting 2 years. I cleaned out the bed and started taking the interior apart.

A couple dings and light scratches, one dent in the rear lower qtr panel. That's it.

What did you find with the engine or did you just swap it out?

So, it was sludged for sure. I grabbed a used complete pullout with harness and ecm for $600 with 150k miles on it. Swapped exhaust manifold and intake from original motor to do the EGR delete the right way.

Replaced the following:
AC Delco plugs
Plug wires
Rear main seal with plate and hardware
Water pump
Valve cover gaskets
Oil pan gasket
Coolant temp sensor
Oil cooler block off plate gasket
Obviously both belts

4LO and 4HI both engage.
