just installed trans temp guage in test port, how far off is it in this location. cause its reading like 200

Mine rarely reads over 160 in the pressure port.

On my NNBS, I stay at about 180* with a 11" x 8" cooler not bypassed. Without the cooler it hovered around 200*. It's probably not far off, it's not about getting a 100% accurate reading it's about being able to watch and monitor it to make sure the temp doesn't spike. I wouldn't worry about it.

You should have gotten the oem towing package with the auxilliary cooler.
