I ordered 1 set of replacement bulbs and they didn't fit. Ordered my 2nd set and they don't fit either. My initial kit went in fine, no modifications needed but these replacement bulbs are bitches. Anyone else have trouble with them?

X2 whats the problem? It could be the rubber O-ring on the bulb is to thick and not letting the bulb slide all the way into place but lets hear some more about what the issue is.

Yeah they are too thick for the housing. The same O-ring fit with the initial bulbs though.

What method did you use to make it fit?

Pressed them in real hard to compress the gasket then used pliers to help me turn them, may of not been the best method but it worked and nothing broke, only had to do this to 3 of the 4 bulbs i did, pass headlight went right in:think:

I will try that method when I get back from school. Hopefully I dont break shit.

Tried to force the bulb in this afternoon. With absolutely no luck. I am clueless now.
