Has anyone else had this problem? When I push the green OnStar button tries to connect, then drops off. Long story short, the dealer has had my vehicle since February 8. I just spoke with him, and they have to order a new OnStar module which they are out of stock on not sure when they'll get it. I was told it could be two or three days. I live an hour and 1/2 from the dealership, so they said it was okay to leave the truck, my wife has a 2022 GMC, but hers is a Terrain with 2800 miles on it. I could put some miles on that puppy. Curious if anyone else had this problem.

Welcome to the forum. I don't have any knowledgeable insight to this problem I unplug it when I get the truck. My 2014 & 2018 don't even have the OnStar buttons anymore.
