some adhesive remover and a piece of fishing line to get it started. just spary it with the adhesive remover and let it sit for a few min., that slide the fishing line behind to remove it. if you use the adhesive remover, be sure to wash and wax the spot where you used it.
me and builtnotbought grabbed ahold of the molding and it came right off, of course it was on a new truck so the molding hadn't been on there very long, the only problem I had was with the tailgate, the dang silverado and chevrolet emlems were a PITA, no probs now it's shaved up
