I have added a few led's to the truck and hids (vled swichbacks in front with 194 in the corners) no problems with stock tails and added the electronic flasher unit. Added some led tails and now after using my left blinker the Dic will read turn signal on even when it is not. It seems to only do it on the left turn and not the right turn. have not checked if it does it in the day time yet.

I believe your tail lights have a 194 marker light in them (bottom outside corner) and that could be back feeding into your turn signal circuit. Had the exact same thing with my front turn signals when I switched to LEDs
