Ok, first of all do you know the difference between a spindle and full drop lift? The superlift and Procomp are full drop lifts which IMO is a better design. Out of those two I think the Procomp is a bettr choice hands down, the superlift isnt as well built, has a multiple part sub frame which is bolted together like an erector set etc... I used to like the lift alot but the more research I do on it the more problems I find with it. Both will give you the same about of lift. The only complaint I have with the procomp is the powder coating on it isnt the best. I also beat the crap out of mine though, so that probably accounts for some of why its chipped up, I dont think any powder coat would hold up through what I deal out. I have 35" tires and run the stock 3.73 gears, they do ok, but a more efficiant gear ratio would be 4.10 or 4.56. If you already have 4.10 you would be in a good position, if you have 3.73 and want to upgrade you might as well go to 4.56. Also read the lift specs sheet tech page, it will help you compare lifts.
