So from research, 03+ wont fit without a bundle of rewiring.

Are the lenses a direct swap and than just do the wiring for the turn signal?

For those that have done it to a 99-02 howd you do it? I can't find parts at all.

yup yup sold em! U can buy signal glass on ebay but its expensive....glass is direct swap and just run the wires for the signals

I'm wanting to do this too I should of just bought yours. The glass from a 03+ is the same? Or is there a specific glass for a 02( mines a 02 ). I can get some 03 mirrors cheaper than i can get the glass.
