i just got a new amp and when i turn my volume down i can hear a constant sound that goes with my engine through my subs...any idea what it is

bad ground or cheap rca's

i just changed the ground so its probly the rcas...thanks

did you run the rcas with the power wire? Also try running a ground from the radio to the ground of the amp, its called a reference ground. If its a Pioneer radio you might need to wrap a ground around the rca terminal of the radio to the radio ground as well if the internal micro fuse is gone
