I just built a 20x15 shop for a guy with 7/12 roof with comp shingles for $2700 in material. For a 20x20 I would guess around $3200 in material alone not including foundation.
what do you think it would cost
to have a small garage built to house 2 vehicles and have a little room to mess around in?

You're looking at about $6 per SQ FT for the concrete.
hmm maybe this is further down the line then i thought :insane:
