I don't think so, you probably have 5 lug, he has 6 lug .. won't work.

If he has an OBS 6 lug (4x4s) I've been told they work. I've seen several OBS Denalis and Escalades sporting NBS rims (6 lugs) since they were AWD (or 4WD or w/e). I've also seen an OBS 'burban rolling with the NBS Z71 rims. I'm not 100% sure tho...
