What PSI do you run?

I had been running 36 to 37 in my Terra Grapplers and they've been wearing fine, but the ride was really harsh so I had the bright idea to experiment with the tire pressure.

I dropped it down to 33 front and rear today and drove about 100 miles round trip. I have to say its not NEAR as harsh as it was and it doesnt walk like it was either.

I dont know if this was just mental or what, but I think it made a difference.

So what tire pressure do you recommend?

i run mine pretty low since i have skinny wheels and dont want the middle of the tread to wear out before the rest. usually about 32 rear and 34-35 front
I run 34 up front and 30 in the rear. Theres no weight in the rear and that is why I run lower. Helps keep the truck from being as bouncy.
I run about 31 in the rear and 33 in the front.
24 front 20 rear but they are big bias plys. ran 34/30 in my x-terrains and they did awesome. Offroad I run 5 in front and 3 in back :D

What are they rated for?
50! so they say on the tire.... lol

i used to run them at like 35ish but they started wearing really uneven for some reason so i bumped it to about 45-48 and they seem to be doin better now..

of course this is street driving.. once i get offroad i kick em down to about 20... lol since its 2wd i need all the help i can get. haha

Ahh. Gotcha :bowtie:

35 is pretty low when they are rated 50. I personally like running any tires at their rated PSI, unless offroad of course.
yea since their all terrains, (BLAH) i guess thats what they call for.... meh :) they will be gone sometime soon though
wow, sounds like i can let some more air out of mine then.
Oh yeah, when I pull off the pavement they go down to about 12-15 -ish.
mine are good for 80psi, but I only run 45 street, 30 in the mud and snow, and 15 on the rocks. 80psi on the street will really let you know your bars are cranked!

I run similar. BFG KOs rated at like 55-65. I need air in my DMax tires, they are rubbing too much.
