ok well when i get back from washington in august im probably going to be selling my honda passport, and FINALLY get back into a chevy. well my friend is wanting to sell his 1964 chevy c/10 with big window for 2000 again. it runs great because it has a crate 350 w/ 4bbl carb and power glide tranny. it defentley (sp?) needs to be restored. so its that or find a 4x4 1988-1998 ext. cab for sale. or any other suggestions for what year i should look for? i am planning on selling the passport for 3800.

I would love to have the C10 but if you dont have a lot of money to restore it, i would look at the 88-98 OBS Chevy's, Great Trucks!...But I might be a little biased.

with a 350 and stock tires and a light foot you could prolly pull 14-15

whats your price range?

Id say for about 6-7k you can get a pretty nice 4wd chevy 96 or 97

Tahoes are even cheaper

well being that i wont be able to get much off that passport ill probably pull in about 3800 from it, ima start saving up and look for something between 4-5k hopefully, even if its not a newer year, but at least ill have another chevy.
