Umm, just a slight correction, us rock crawlers in no way like to be associated with mud trucks and we like our trucks short, not tall, correction mode off :anitoof:

If it is done right, you will need to have custom tierods fabbed along with uniballs and new upper arms. While you are at it you might as well upgrade to a 14 bolt rear axle. A lot of $$$$. Also, 2wd hubs are weak so plan on replacing those often.

the hubs ussually dont last that long with 35s even. not to mention all the other parts mentioned like ball joints and tie rods. 1500 4x4s even have trouble handling 36x14s sometimes....

Thats why after I finish this truck (mud truck) Im going to build a buggy :rocking: Anyone say MOG?

But about your truck, I would definatly go with a long travel kit if you can afford it, CST makes great kits, fabtech makes a ok one as well.

4 more axles? is that a score or somthing? i know where i could get 3 ff14 bolts, 2- dana 60's, 3-4 dana44's... i'v checked $ and every one is under $150 except the 1 dana60.

btw, mud trucks own.
