I had a 91 K1500 while in High School. I put a 3" body Lift on it, Turned the torsion bars, and put 33" tires on it. I did the body lift by my self so it only cost about 175 bucks. As for the tires, they were bought used from discount tire for $300. They were BFG All Terrains 305/75/16 equivelent to a 33x12.50. I used the stock rims. So for 475 bucks I was sittin high in the sky. I loved it. You should do the same. I was supprised that it sat as high as my brothers 96' silverado 2WD with a 7" fabtech and 33's. :read:
