Ok, I am probably going to go with the Volant, with the ram air tube and also get a Nelson tune. Which should I do first get the intake then the tune, so the pcm can be tuned for it, or does it make a difference?

Get the intake, if you get the tune first, then get the intake Allen will have to send you out an update and you will end up replacing the PCM twice and having to do a relearn (30-40 min process) twice ... get the intake, see how it does with the stock tune, then when you get the Nelson you can compare how much more power it makes :read:

you can do it either way. a free flow intke doesnt need to be tuned for as it may change the fuel trims ever so slightly/
