Wondering if anyone knows if there is a Black Smoothie type wheel for the Silverado available. I've been kicking around ideas to replace the 16" stocks.

Considered 20" Texas Edition...not sure I want 20's but love the rims.

The Z71 18's are another option and are easy to get.

Saw a lowered black OBS stepside on black steelies with GMC caps...kind of a muscle truck look.

Gonna lower at least 2/4. Been cruising the site and internet and only seeing 22" Steelies....to much for me. Anyone? Thanks.

I vote for the 20" Texas Edition, but the 18" Z71s don't look bad either.

Just picked these up. OEM with fresh 275/55r20 Firestone LE2's. I think my truck came with 265/70r16 but the tires on it when I bought it were 235/75r16. This new set is obviously bigger....speed is off by about 5 mph at 60 mph.

Rides a little different for sure. A touch slower, more stable, better on smoother roads but a bit more jumpy on rough surfaces. Wanders much less than with the smaller tires. I think I can put up with the changes pretty easily.

From a looks standpoint do you think its too much tire? Thought about pulling the tires off and selling and getting some 275/45r20's but not sure if that will make much of a difference.

I wanted to wait until the tires and wheels went on to see what I wanted to do with the stance. Was thinking 2/4 drop but now I think some 2" drop shackles on the back and call it good.

Got an OEM 06 HD hood that I'm going to try on once I get a grille bought.

I think it looks really clean. Run a 2/4 drop on those tires!
