whats the best wheel cleaner i have the 2006 17 inch chevy wheels and they have this weird looking scum look to them they r real bright they just look like the need some clear coat cleanage or something

just so you dont get ripped appart by people, your better of making one massive thread about detailing then multiple.

anyway, they are the stock wheels? which ones do you have? you have any pics sounds like its corroding behind the clearcoat. if not, use some wheel cleaner, any brand will do, and you can use the same polish you do on the paint and then seal them or wax them.

haha yeh man i know i just thought about and was like dang i should have put that in with the leather question and yeh im sure they rnt corroding the truck has never been arounf salt or anything its been in georgia its whole life and they r the 17s that came on every 1500 and tahoe from 05 to 07 ill see if i can get a picture of them
