Well I think ive finally decided on wheels and tires for my project truck. Im going to be going with 20x8.5" up front and 20x10" out back with intro hammer 5s:



with BFGoodrich g-Force T/A KDW 245/40/20 and 275/35/20

I think you should get some more meat on those rears with that ls1 :D

Nice lookin rims...have fun payin for new tires every other month...tires for 20s aren't cheap...but be glad you aren't buyin for 22s...ive heard theres even more of a price jump.

its gonna look sweet

i didnt know they still had the kdw (old tread pattern)

275/35 should be some nice meat for a bodydropped truck if those kdw's stick like the kdw II's :imo

thanks guys...ive also been conisidering going with the slightly larger 295/40/20 out back....whatta ya think?

as long as it doesnt look way outta proportion to the front tire, i say do it. i just hate it when there is a really noticeable sidewall diff. from front to back.

I think there is 1.5" overall height difference. Brian at intro had this setup on his truck:

I think it looks pretty good. I originally set my suspension up for a taller tire so in that respect it will work out perfect. Plus I think i will be tucking LUG with the 295/40/20

the 275/35 is shorter than the 245/40. My 265/35's are 3/4" shorter than 245/40's. Do 295/40's out back. That would look sic, and cause you to tuck more rim :head:
