I cut a 1/4" or 1/2" (can't remember) piece of plywood and glued it to the back wall after I covered it with black carpet. I used some type of industrial glue which came in a big tube that I had to use in a caulking gun. I didn't want to drill any holes in my rear wall. I let it dry a few days and just screwed the amps, brain, etc. right into the wall. I also did the rear seat fold down trick at the same time.
